Week 3 Fantasy Football Benchwarmers

Having trouble on deciding who to start and bench this week? I’ll set your fantasy football lineups by identifying this week’s starters and benchwarmers.

QUARTERBACKS

Jason Campbell, Washington Redskins--START @ Giants
What??? Jason Campbell? Yep, that’s right. The Redskins are off to a 2-0 start with lots of “POISE” and Campbell looks on his game. The Giants secondary has struggled the past 2 weeks and expect Campbell and the Redskins to run all over them.

Vince Young, Tennessee Titans--START @ Saints
Despite this so called “Madden” curse, Vince has been putting up a few points. He isn’t much of a passer, only reaching 250 yards in two games and 1 touchdown. But I think anyone can throw against a very weak Saints defense. Look for young to put up at least 2 touchdowns, either threw the air, or on the ground.

Brett Favre, Green Bay Packers--BENCH @ Chargers
Many criticized Favre’s week 1 performance, but after week 2, the 36th year old Favre, looked like a 30 year old Payton--but that was against a struggling Giants defense who allowed over 600 passing yards and 7 passing touchdowns….in 2 games!! Even though Brady was able to put up 270+ yards against the Chargers, expect the Chargers to come out strong. Expect the Packers to come out passing and expect the Chargers to be ready.

Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys--BENCH @ Bears
Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense have come out shining the first 2 weeks. But don’t expect Romo to do anything this week against one of the top defenses in the league. Romo may be at the top of the boards in many leagues, but this week will be a tough one for him.
